Descrição

• Own Jeeves' stablecoin product roadmap, including blockchain rails, supported stablecoins, and payment and treasury integrations • Build institutional-grade infrastructure that abstracts blockchain complexity while preserving speed and cost advantages • Drive the product lifecycle from ideation through launch with engineering, design, legal, compliance, and commercial teams • Build products for sending, receiving, converting, and holding stablecoins alongside fiat across multiple currencies and corridors • Design seamless on/off-ramp flows • Ensure interoperability with ACH, Fedwire, SWIFT, SEPA, PIX, and SPEI fiat rails • Navigate US state licensing, MiCA, and LatAm crypto regulations • Embed AML/KYC, Travel Rule, and transaction monitoring requirements into products • Evaluate wallet infrastructure, custodians, and key management solutions • Manage partnerships with stablecoin issuers, liquidity providers, custodians, and banking partners • Enable Sales and Customer Success to position stablecoin products and close deals with CFOs and treasury teams • Ship, measure, and iterate using adoption metrics, data, and business impact

🎯 Requisitos

• 4+ years in product management at a stablecoin infrastructure provider, crypto exchange, cross-border payments company, or fintech building on blockchain rails • Deep stablecoin expertise, including issuance and redemption mechanics, reserve models, on-chain settlement, ecosystem dynamics, and stablecoin interactions with treasury flows and FX • Strong understanding of fiat rails including ACH, wires, RTP, SWIFT, SEPA, PIX, and SPEI • Blockchain infrastructure literacy covering EVM chains, Solana, Layer 2s, wallet architecture, key management, and custody • Ability to converse with engineers on API documentation and system design • Regulatory fluency in AML/KYC frameworks, Travel Rule, MiCA, US state-by-state licensing, and jurisdictional compliance requirements • Comfortable with SQL, dashboards, and building data-driven business cases • Exceptional written communication for strategy memos and product specifications • Track record of owning complex, regulated financial products from concept through production at scale (strongly preferred) • Relationships with stablecoin issuers, custodians, liquidity providers, or regulators (strongly preferred) • Experience with multi-market products serving LatAm, US, and/or European customers (strongly preferred) • Familiarity with developer platforms, API design, and ecosystem-driven products (strongly preferred) • Background in traditional payments or banking (strongly preferred)
