Descrição

• Own client strategy across paid social, paid search, email and retention, CRO, SEO and AIO • Set cross-channel growth plans and determine budget allocation • Own client relationships end to end as the strategic voice and advisor • Develop campaigns that balance financial performance with brand awareness, storytelling and creative insights • Provide proactive, specific recommendations to clients • Tie performance to revenue, CAC and LTV and explain impacts on the P&L • Build AI workflows that eliminate manual work and enable greater account capacity • Identify campaign and testing opportunities, formulate hypotheses, and conduct post-test analyses • Forecast account performance and achieve established targets • Drive client retention, account growth and strong client NPS

🎯 Requisitos

• 4+ years in performance or growth marketing • Hands-on depth across more than one platform, including paid social, paid search, email, and adjacent channels • End-to-end ownership of client relationships, from strategy through growth • Ability to connect paid and organic performance to pipeline and revenue • Experience building and shipping AI workflows • Ability to communicate clearly and translate performance data for founders • Experience in an agency setting or working with D2C brands is a major plus • Self-motivated, receptive to feedback, and willing to challenge the status quo
