Descrição

• Support Integrated Facilities clients and internal stakeholders with optimization of JLL-managed services operations and sourcing strategies • Deliver market, supplier and operational intelligence for services operations • Identify and lead field resources to execute strategic initiatives • Serve as a subject matter expert on JLL sourcing strategies, supplier relationships and program management • Collaborate with clients and JLL Sourcing, Facility and Property Management teams to drive immediate and sustained client benefits • Perform periodic market trend analysis, including supplier-base and industry-change analysis • Report analysis to Supply Chain and business stakeholders in a client-ready format • Implement, coordinate and communicate regional and national programs • Support supplier relationship and performance programs with key suppliers • Manage and support operations teams’ RFP/bid, contracting and operational processes • Ensure compliance with JLL sourcing and contracting policies, procedures, risk management programs and ethics • Coordinate with Corporate Legal and Risk Management to review and approve contractual terms • Establish priorities, assign deliverables and resolve issues with operations teams and project personnel • Support development of diversity programs • Mentor and educate suppliers through meetings • Lead and participate in Preferred Supplier performance review meetings • Support JLL e-commerce procurement initiatives

🎯 Requisitos

• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills • Strong analytical ability • Proven ability to lead teams in a decentralized environment • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university • 3+ years of strategic sourcing or related experience • Project management and business transitions experience preferred • Excellent PC skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
