Descrição

• Support all aspects of JLL’s Strategic Sourcing methodology • Manage sourcing, procurement, and vendor management in a high transaction-volume environment with short RFP cycle times • Provide specialized contracting and sourcing of third-party services for facilities management operations • Maintain contracts and vendor database • Research new suppliers, interview vendors, and negotiate prices and specifications • Manage Requests For Proposal (RFPs), including vendor research, contract and pricing analysis, and baseline spending analysis • Coordinate preparation and release of RFP packages and summarize proposal data • Work with the Contracts Administrator to maintain contracting and procurement standards • Collect, analyze, and prepare client satisfaction reports based on Service Level Agreements and KPIs • Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on contracts, spend, and savings • Create and run ethical small RFPs and analyze price proposals, financial reports, and contractor capabilities • Conduct market and spend analysis to drive cost savings and supplier improvements • Manage internal and external customer expectations and communications • Develop programs and processes benefiting the client and JLL • Improve procurement operations, reduce turnaround time, and streamline workflows • Ensure compliance with JLL standard processes and procedures • Lead project management for equipment sourcing and installations at client locations

🎯 Requisitos

• 3-7 years of experience in a professional, fast paced environment • Demonstrated Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint & Excel and Access • Knowledge of SpendHQ and Corrigo are a plus • Strong organizational and analytical skills; problem solving ability • Proven record of excellent internal and external customer service • Communicate professionally in a clear and concise manner (verbal and written) • Demonstrate highest professional standards of behaviour and follow the JLL Code of Ethics policy • Bachelor's degree • Knowledge of Federal Procurement Policy and/or Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) for facility services and/or construction • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strict timelines
