Descrição

• Serve as the primary client-facing lead on Corrigo and other variable technology implementation projects across multiple clients and US/EMEA time zones • Engage stakeholders and ensure requirements documentation covers their needs, applying SDLC principles throughout the implementation lifecycle • Manage projects with strong governance, documentation, communication, status updates, risk management, and steering meetings • Maintain project scope and budget throughout delivery • Drive financial forecasting, burn-down reports, estimates to completion, and weekly timecard analysis • Proactively manage stakeholder expectations and project risks • Ensure project documentation provides client leadership with key decision-making metrics • Facilitate meetings with end users across regions and time zones to assess adoption, identify pain points, and improve user experience • Support continuous improvement of tools to improve end-user experience and adoption • Establish business relationships with key stakeholders and provide best practices and market trends to support decision-making

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution required; Master’s degree preferred • 8+ years of technology project management experience • IWMS experience required • Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) required • Strong client-facing skills and ability to support multiple clients and projects across US and EMEA time zones • Ability to thrive in a high-pace environment • Strong organizational skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Proactive and situational leadership skills in people and project management • Self-motivation and commitment to delivering with excellence • Organized, detail-oriented, reliable ownership • Experience working in large global organizations with complex technical environments • Experience dealing with internal and external customers, service providers, and vendors • Demonstrated ability to work with business stakeholders, end users, vendors, and technology teams • Ability to operate independently with general guidance
