Descrição

• Supporting and advising Dutch-speaking customers by email and phone • Handling customer inquiries, orders, and complaints • Resolving issues with a solution-oriented approach through to complete customer satisfaction • Communicating with internal departments such as Logistics, Purchasing, and Customer Service • Maintaining and documenting customer inquiries in the system • Assisting with questions about products, deliveries, and returns • Ensuring a high level of service in the Dutch market

🎯 Requisitos

• Initial experience in customer service or support, ideally in an e-commerce environment • Strong service orientation and customer focus, particularly when interacting with international customers • Strong logical reasoning skills and a structured, solution-oriented approach to work • Experience with online marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, eBay) is an advantage • Very good command of Dutch • Proficiency in using MS Office applications • Structured and reliable approach to work • High level of self-motivation and team spirit
