Descrição

• Promote and sell our DiGA (digital health application) "Kaia Back Pain" to healthcare professionals within a defined territory • Daily travel to conduct face-to-face visits with healthcare professionals (primary targets: general practitioners, orthopedists, neurologists, pain specialists) • Present our digital therapy and demonstrate the product to pre-qualified and unqualified healthcare leads • Gather insights on drivers and barriers to adoption of Kaia's products • Collaborate with cross-functional teams • Support engagement at congresses and conferences • Maintain thorough documentation in our CRM system • Work closely with our marketing, business development, medical device, and operations teams

🎯 Requisitos

• Qualification or training as a pharmaceutical sales representative • At least 2 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical or a related industry • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Resilience — not discouraged by a "no" and able to persist in conversations or attempts to persuade • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the assigned territory • Basic technical aptitude and the ability to learn and communicate the benefits of a digital therapy • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools • Existing network of potential target prescribers in the region (advantageous) • Knowledge of therapeutic approaches for back pain (advantageous) • Degree in business or a related field (advantageous)
