Descrição

• Lead and mentor a team of Fullstack engineers, fostering quality, ownership, and continuous improvement • Contribute hands-on to the codebase by writing production code, conducting code reviews, and setting coding standards • Collaborate with Product, Design, QA, and Backend teams to deliver cohesive, user-centric features • Define and drive the Fullstack technical strategy, architecture, and roadmap • Recruit, onboard, and grow Fullstack engineering talent • Integrate AI-powered coding agents and automated LLM-based testing into daily development workflows • Architect and build AI-First UI patterns, including generative, prompt-driven interfaces, with the LLM Platform team • Manage the Execution Gap by breaking product roadmaps into actionable, high-velocity engineering sprints • Drive Ruthless Prioritization to balance technical debt with feature velocity • Build and maintain user-facing applications and interfaces for Kayzen’s mobile demand-side platform, including campaign management dashboards, real-time reporting, and internal tooling

🎯 Requisitos

• 10+ years of professional Fullstack development experience, with majority of experience in modern JavaScript/TypeScript • Deep expertise in at least one major framework: React, Angular, or Vue, and its ecosystem • Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility • Experience building complex, data-heavy UIs with real-time data visualization • Solid grasp of Fullstack performance optimization, including bundle size, rendering, lazy loading, and caching strategies • Experience with state management patterns such as Redux, MobX, Zustand, or similar • Proficiency with Fullstack testing methodologies: unit, integration, and end-to-end testing using Jest, Cypress, Playwright, or similar • Familiarity with design systems and component library development • Experience using AI-assisted development tools, such as Claude Code, to boost engineering productivity • 2+ years of experience leading or managing a Fullstack engineering team is a must • Proven track record of mentoring engineers and conducting impactful code reviews • Experience defining Fullstack architecture for large-scale applications • Strong understanding of APIs, RESTful services, GraphQL, and system design • Ability to balance technical debt management with feature delivery • Excellent communication skills to articulate technical decisions to engineers and non-technical stakeholders • Bias for shipping and iteration • Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change in a fast-paced environment • Thinking in terms of leverage and reuse, not one-off solutions • Pragmatic about trade-offs between perfectionism and speed of delivery
