Descrição

• Own unit, integration, and end-to-end test automation integrated into CI/CD • Own the Xray + Version Matrix test-management framework and reporting • Own staging/release readiness tracking and test sign-off • Own the test lab, equipment staging, and environment availability for testing • Own test data and non-production test environments without real customer PII • Define and enforce quality gates with engineering and the Software PM • Report quality and coverage metrics into the delivery rhythm • Collaborate with engineering, DevOps, and the Software PM • Keep defects out of production while maintaining release velocity

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • 5+ years in QA/test engineering • QA-lead experience for the senior level • Strong test-automation skills with CI/CD-integrated frameworks • Experience with test-management tooling such as Xray or equivalent • Experience standing up and maintaining test environments • Experience with test data management • Ability to enforce quality gates without becoming a release bottleneck • Close collaboration with engineering, DevOps, and the Software PM
