Descrição

• The Project Manager owns the 'When, How Much, and Clear the path' dimension of Knowmadics’ product lines. • Drive program success by overseeing schedule, budget, contract logistics, and sponsor relationships ensuring alignment between execution and product delivery. • Accountable for program schedule, budget, contract logistics, and sponsor relationships, meant to serve as the structural counterweight to the CPTO organization’s product vision. • Operate with a high degree of ownership and independence, partnering closely with the Product, Engineering, and Finance leadership. • Play a key role in guiding priorities, balancing scope, cost, and schedule, and helping teams make informed, strategic trade-offs that keep programs on track.

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor’s Degree • 5+ years managing complex, multi-stakeholder programs, with experience in a SaaS organization, a software R&D organization, government contracting, defense, or regulated-industry experience strongly preferred. • Experience managing program budgets at the $1M+ program level. • PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification (or ability to obtain within 12 months). • Fluency with basis of estimate construction, and contract structures (FFP, T&M, CPFF). • Proven ability in managing sponsor relationships, including difficult renegotiations and descope conversations. • Experience operating in cross-functional, matrixed environments. • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance (or currently cleared at Secret/TS level, depending on product line assignment); U.S. Citizenship required.
