Descrição

• Lead the design and development of scalable, cloud-native applications using TypeScript • Drive architecture decisions across multiple engineering teams and services • Build highly available, performant APIs and backend systems • Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering leadership to define technical strategy • Champion engineering best practices including testing, observability, security, and code quality • Mentor senior engineers and serve as a technical leader across the organization • Identify technical debt and develop long-term solutions that improve scalability and developer productivity • Lead technical planning for large cross-functional initiatives

🎯 Requisitos

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience • Extensive experience building production applications with TypeScript • Deep expertise in modern backend architecture, distributed systems, and API design • Experience designing and operating cloud-based applications; AWS preferred • Strong understanding of scalability, reliability, performance optimization, and system design • Demonstrated experience leading large technical initiatives without direct management responsibility • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence technical direction across teams • Experience with Node.js and modern JavaScript frameworks is nice to have • Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, or containerized deployments is nice to have • Knowledge of event-driven architectures and message queues is nice to have • Experience in high-growth SaaS organizations is nice to have • Familiarity with logistics, supply chain, or enterprise B2B software is a plus
