Descrição

• Lead and manage a high-performing creative team, influencer manager, and external agencies • Evolve and protect LaserAway's brand strategy in the medical aesthetics market • Translate brand strategy into cohesive visual identity, creative direction, and organic content frameworks across all channels • Lead creative direction and concepting for paid campaigns, organic content, social assets, and partnerships • Develop visual narratives and campaigns that resonate with target consumers and enhance brand recognition • Expand partnerships with aesthetics-adjacent brands • Oversee high-volume production of visual and written content for social media, email, websites, and other marketing channels • Implement systems and content calendars to ensure consistency, efficiency, and strategic alignment • Oversee influencer partnerships and campaigns, including selection, relationship management, and content collaboration • Execute PR initiatives, including press releases, media outreach, and local partnership opportunities • Collaborate with marketing to elevate paid campaigns using creative strategy, performance data, and consumer insights • Work with marketing operations and technology partners to optimize website and app design and experience • Ensure creative outputs meet brand standards, project objectives, and business goals • Develop and maintain brand guidelines and creative standards documentation • Present creative concepts, campaign strategies, and brand recommendations to stakeholders and leadership • Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices • Drive innovation, continuous improvement, creative throughput, and workflow efficiency through scalable project management systems

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Fine Arts, Design, or related field • Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in creative leadership, brand direction, or creative direction roles • Demonstrated expertise in beauty, aesthetics, wellness • Strong portfolio showcasing a distinctive creative point of view, including brand strategy work, campaign concepting, visual design, and content direction • Demonstrated experience implementing process improvements, content systems, and project management frameworks in creative environments • Experience with influencer marketing and/or public relations strategy • Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to articulate creative strategy and business impact to diverse stakeholders • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, meet tight deadlines, and maintain high quality standards under pressure • Working knowledge of design software, digital marketing platforms, and content management systems • Deep knowledge of digital marketing trends, social media platforms, and consumer behavior in the beauty/wellness space • Schedule flexibility to include evening and weekends where needed • Ability to travel, conduct on-site clinic visits and attend meetings as required
