• Own the talent acquisition function and senior, hard-to-fill searches from intake through close • Recruit for affiliate and performance marketing roles aligned with business objectives • Build pipelines ahead of demand for future requisitions • Develop the recruiting playbook, including scorecard floors, pre-screen rubrics, and interview design • Lead and support the growth of the Recruiting Ops Manager • Build search reporting for leadership to monitor status and forecast stalls • Partner with hiring managers as an extension of the talent function • Improve recruiting systems, processes, and sourcing effectiveness over time

🎯 Requisitos

• Success hiring for an affiliate/performance marketing business OR building performance marketing teams • Intimate knowledge of affiliate or performance marketing, including paid media, yield, CRO, and data science focused on ROAS, margin, EBITDA, or similar business metrics • Full-cycle recruiting experience, from first touch through close, across concurrent searches • Ability to run searches independently and advise senior leaders clearly and concisely • Self-built inbound and outbound sourcing engine, including passive candidates • Experience with repeatable sourcing frameworks, tools, and automation • Ability to measure outreach volume and speed • Ability to make and defend recruiting decisions using evidence • Experience recruiting senior and hard-to-fill talent • Experience leading or developing a Recruiting Ops Manager
