Descrição

• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers • Partner with product owners, business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver projects on schedule • Provide technical guidance, conduct code reviews, and make architectural recommendations • Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using C#, .NET, and SQL Server • Build and enhance responsive user interfaces using React or Angular • Develop and integrate APIs, services, and cloud-based solutions • Translate business requirements into technical solutions and implementation plans • Design and develop cloud-native applications and services using Microsoft Azure • Implement and support Azure OpenAI and AI-driven capabilities within enterprise applications • Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and security in cloud environments • Collaborate on cloud architecture and application modernization initiatives • Support production applications and proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues • Monitor application health and performance to minimize downtime and improve user experience • Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement efforts • Ensure solutions adhere to security, compliance, and operational best practices • Influence architecture, engineering standards, and delivery practices while remaining hands-on with development

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field • 6+ years of software development experience (or equivalent) • Experience leading software engineering teams and collaborating across multiple functional groups • Professional experience with C#, .NET/.NET Core, SQL Server, and Microsoft Azure • Professional experience building user interfaces using React or Angular version 2 or later within the past two years • Experience supporting production applications, troubleshooting issues, and implementing proactive solutions • Experience designing and developing scalable enterprise applications • Experience with cloud-native architecture and application modernization preferred • Experience developing RESTful APIs and microservices preferred • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern software development practices preferred • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments preferred • Strong understanding of application performance monitoring and optimization preferred • Azure OpenAI experience highly preferred • Must be available to work Pacific Time (PST) business hours • Must be based in the United States • Liberty Dental Plan does not offer employment sponsorship • Liberty Dental Plan does not offer relocation assistance
