Descrição

• Lead projects with engineers, product managers, and operations to deliver key objectives • Contribute to the team’s technical direction and engineering quality • Identify, define, and solve technical problems while maintaining engineering standards • Scrutinize and decide on technology and architecture choices • Perform troubleshooting and full-cycle incident response, including mitigation, correction, and prevention • Mentor engineers and promote engineering excellence and feedback • Conduct software engineering interviews • Help shape the company’s overall engineering culture • Optimize business processes and develop systems for vehicle repair quality, asset logistics, data management, and warehouse efficiency • Build scalable backend solutions supporting Lime’s global fleet operations

🎯 Requisitos

• 5+ years of professional software development experience • Track record of building and maintaining high-quality software that delivers business impact • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions • Experience conducting code reviews and implementing best practices for scalable and maintainable code • Experience working on scalable and robust system architectures • Ability to provide technical guidance and mentor junior engineers • Preferred: Ruby in Rails • Ability to reside and work remotely from Canada • Ability to participate in a shared on-call rotation
