Descrição

• Perform audits on complex information systems, applications, and enclaves • Ensure appropriate controls exist and are correctly implemented • Ensure procedures comply with Federal, DOD, and DLA standards • Monitor Energy Applications for Industrial Control Systems (ICS), including SCADA, DCS, and EMCS • Assess compliance with Information Assurance (IA) policy and recommend improvements • Monitor IA for Energy Applications for compliance with Federal, DOD, and DLA policy • Monitor certification and accreditation activities • Prepare and update documentation supporting FISMA and DOD RMF reporting requirements • Develop RMF security documentation for OT applications • Perform technical reviews of documented security certification results • Assess the comprehensiveness of certification results • Identify system vulnerabilities and weaknesses • Recommend procedures, software configuration parameters, system changes, or combinations to mitigate risks and support accreditations • Analyze vulnerability scans, SRR results, and STIG compliance deficiencies from internal and external IA reviews • Track deficiencies and vulnerabilities through implementation of mitigation measures

🎯 Requisitos

• At least three years of experience with the design, maintenance and operation of highly complex and high secure communications network environments • Multi-discipline experience with Firewall/Intrusion Prevention Systems (IPS), antivirus, host-based protection, security incident event management, virtual shared computing environments, and network/security management • Understanding of communication protocols, network technologies, and the ISO Open Systems Interconnection telecommunications model • Knowledge of Defense Information and Accreditation Risk Management Framework (RMF) and processes for system and application controls • Knowledge of DOD/DLA security policies and compliance • Five years of relevant experience • Ability to possess a NACI, IT III sensitivity • Experience with NIST Special Publications 800-53 rev. 5, 800-53 rev. 4, and 800-82 • Relevant certification meeting DOD 8570.01 IAM level III, such as CISM, CISSP, or GSLC • Cybersecurity certification applicable to AIS/IT and ICS/SCADA • Ten years of practical industry, government, and/or consulting experience in information technology management • IT project management experience using various Microsoft tools • Knowledge and experience in managing information technology services and strategies • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint • Experience with Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS)
