Descrição

• Run discovery with business stakeholders and turn business needs into acceptance criteria • Model noisy healthcare operational data into certified dimensional models across Databricks bronze-to-silver-to-gold architecture using dbt and SQL • Own documented metric definitions and build a governed semantic layer • Build and own Power BI semantic models, dashboards, and paginated reports • Monitor refresh health and semantic-model currency • Own model observability, including freshness and latency detection, statistical anomaly detection, value-drift monitoring, data tests, regression guards, and CI checks • Own orchestration using dbt Cloud job design, Airflow DAGs, scheduling, dependency ordering, and incremental runs • Create design documents, model documentation, CI-enforced knowledge bases, and business-readable handoff packets • Automate recurring work into repeatable, testable, AI-assisted workflows • Work directly with finance, operations, and client-facing teams • Help build a governed semantic layer centralizing business logic for healthcare payment integrity

🎯 Requisitos

• 6+ years across analytics engineering, BI engineering, data engineering, or business analysis, with production ownership of the models and metrics built • Expert SQL and strong dimensional modeling instincts • Production dbt experience, including models, tests, macros, exposures, documentation, and CI • Hands-on experience with a cloud lakehouse or warehouse • Databricks and Spark SQL preferred; Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift transferable • Experience owning a BI semantic layer and reports • Power BI and DAX strongly preferred; Looker/LookML, Tableau, MetricFlow, or Cube are credible substitutes • Ability to run requirements conversations with non-technical owners and turn vague complaints into testable definitions • Strong reconciliation skills • Git and pull-request discipline • Python for API calls, file parsing, statistics, and report generation • Comfort with high autonomy in a fast, async, Slack-first environment • Strong writing • Healthcare data experience, data contracts, schema enforcement, ODCS-style governance, Databricks Unity Catalog, lineage, cost/DBU accountability, paginated reporting, SharePoint/Excel delivery, or AI coding-agent experience are bonus points
