Descrição

• Be responsive to client support requests via email and support channels • Set up and maintain measurement for campaigns across advertisers, agencies, and publishers • Monitor campaigns for alerts, exceptions, and data inconsistencies • Troubleshoot issues and help resolve them before they affect client reporting • Support Measurement Success Managers with day-to-day measurement and client needs • Build and maintain spreadsheets to analyze large datasets and support client reporting • Lead Zoom-based client trainings and onboarding sessions • Play a key role in quality assurance, ensuring the data delivered to clients is accurate • Partner with teammates to improve workflows and processes as our client base grows

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor’s degree • 2–4 years of experience in a related role • Comfortable working in Excel and Google Sheets, including using formulas • Strong attention to detail and follow-through • Clear written and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks and accounts at once • Comfortable troubleshooting issues and asking questions when something looks off.
