Descrição

• Execute strategic sales and business development plans to drive profitable growth across assigned markets, product lines, and regions • Identify, develop, and track project opportunities; influence specifications and position MAPEI solutions early in the project lifecycle • Build and maintain strong relationships with AEC firms, design professionals, contractors, distributors, owners, and public authorities • Partner with Sales Representatives to deliver presentations, product demonstrations, and consultative technical solutions • Conduct market analysis to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive positioning • Support product launches and go-to-market strategies in collaboration with Product Line Management and R&D • Provide technical support through client education, jobsite visits, applicator training, and industry presentations (AIA/PDH) • Expand networks of engineers, contractors, and industry influencers to increase market penetration and product specification • Represent MAPEI at trade shows, industry events, and professional associations • Collaborate cross-functionally to align strategy, share insights, and drive business results • Adhere to all MAPEI policies, safety rules, and work procedures • Perform assigned tasks in conformance with procedures and instructions established in the Business Management System (BMS) and in compliance with applicable Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) regulatory requirements

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field preferred • Minimum 7+ years of experience in business development, sales, or technical sales within construction materials or a related industry • Strong experience within construction restoration systems or relevant product/market segments • Proven experience working with construction projects, specifications, and key industry stakeholders • Experience supporting product launches, technical presentations, or specification development preferred • Strong technical aptitude and consultative sales approach • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) • Ability to travel as needed to support projects, customers, and industry events
