Descrição

• Mentored fellow data engineers through code reviews, architectural decisions, and technical planning sessions • Led the design and implementation of scalable, secure data pipelines using dbt, Apache Airflow, and SQL • Collaborated with Product Managers to launch new customer-facing analytics capabilities • Partnered with DevOps to optimize cloud infrastructure with Terraform and AWS-managed services • Built and maintained integrations with MySQL, SQL Server, and OLAP systems to support product insights and internal operations • Participated in our on-call rotation to ensure platform reliability and performance • Contributed to the hiring, onboarding, and professional development of the Data Engineering team • Explored and evaluated new tools—including AI-assisted coding platforms like Claude and Windsurf—to improve engineering workflows

🎯 Requisitos

• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python • Hands-on experience with AWS infrastructure and data services • Familiarity with MySQL, SQL Server, and OLAP databases • Experience using Terraform or other infrastructure-as-code tools • Expertise in modern data tooling, particularly dbt and Apache Airflow • Operating reliable and performant pipelines in production environments • Building data platforms that support both internal stakeholders and external customers
