Descrição

• Lead technical demonstrations and proof-of-concept exercises for AI-powered customer support • Partner with sales to translate customer requirements into tailored solutions • Scope engagements addressing customer pain points and measurable ROI • Engage customers, from VPs of Support to CTOs, to understand business goals and technical requirements • Act as a trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle • Run proof-of-concept engagements as the primary technical resource • Build implementation plans capturing requirements and defining scope • Enable smooth handoffs to Forward Deployed Engineers and post-sales teams • Build and modify demo applications using AI-assisted development tools • Gather customer insights to inform product development and improve offerings

🎯 Requisitos

• Comfortable with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot • Comfortable with NodeJS/NextJS/TypeScript • Foundational knowledge of software development lifecycle, cloud infrastructure, and basic security concepts • Conceptual understanding of enterprise AI solutions, including RAG, embeddings, and knowledge retrieval • Previous experience in sales engineering or pre-sales • Track record of supporting successful sales outcomes • Comfortable presenting technical content to senior audiences • Ability to prioritize competing demands with limited guidance • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers • Familiarity with NodeJS/NextJS/TypeScript • Regular use of AI-assisted development tools • Foundational understanding of SDLC, CI/CD, and development workflows • Basic knowledge of cloud infrastructure concepts (AWS, GCP, or Azure) • Understanding of basic security posturing and compliance considerations • Ability to read, understand, and explain code, including AI-generated code • Experience with REST APIs
