• Drive the growth of MCA’s Customer Engagement practice through strategic client engagements • Serve as a trusted advisor and solution strategist to executive stakeholders • Lead early client engagement and opportunity shaping through solution design • Develop differentiated transformation solutions in collaboration with sales leadership • Convert strategic opportunities into long-term client relationships • Contribute to thought leadership and market strategy in CE transformation capabilities

🎯 Requisitos

• Senior leadership experience in driving growth of Customer Engagement practices • Strategic client engagement and solution leadership capabilities • Extensive experience in consulting with multi-million-dollar engagements • Expertise in Microsoft ecosystem, including Dynamics 365 and Power Platform • Strong ability to shape enterprise transformation programs • Proven track record in leading high-value pursuits in a professional services environment
