Descrição

• You'll project manage the technical aspects of each implementation, in collaboration with the client and Meadow’s Customer Success and Engineering Teams. • You'll meet regularly with our clients' IT Departments to oversee their technical setup of Meadow Pay, including networking and data import/export. • You'll set up all required network connectivity between Meadow and clients, including the initial DNS configuration, SFTP connections, and database connectivity, if applicable. • You'll modify and install SQL scripts to export relevant information from our partner school’s SIS systems, implement PowerShell/Bash scripts to automate data transfers, and facilitate Ellucian Ethos API access when required. • You'll collaborate with Meadow’s Engineering Team to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during and after implementation. • You'll document our integration processes and solutions to support scalable growth.

🎯 Requisitos

• 5+ Years of Experience in System Integration, SaaS Implementation, or IT Consulting • Advanced Knowledge of SQL, Scripting Languages (e.g. PowerShell, Bash), DNS, Networking, and SFTP Protocols • Builder Mindset: High Agency x High Urgency • Customer-First and Solutions-Oriented Mindset • Strong Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills • Proven Ability to Manage Multiple Complex Projects & Meet Tight Deadlines • Proven Success Communicating & Collaborating w/ Product, Design, Engineering & Non-Technical Stakeholders
