Descrição

• Own named workstreams within enterprise onboardings or own lower-complexity client onboardings end to end • Build and maintain delivery plans covering dependencies, owners, dates, and blockers • Drive concurrent onboardings to committed go-live dates • Surface scope, data-quality, and timeline risks with recommendations • Advise clients on data structure, granularity, historical depth, and field-level detail required for Measured’s models • Distinguish firm requirements from acceptable tradeoffs and escalate precedent-setting decisions • Scope required media, transaction, organic, and custom data feeds • Establish connections through APIs, file-based feeds, warehouse shares, and direct integrations • Ingest complete historical data and validate completeness against client reporting • Diagnose ingestion failures and establish post-go-live monitoring • Author and maintain specifications mapping raw client data into Measured’s normalized model • Assess downstream impacts of specification changes and document mapping logic • Own QA, write advanced SQL validation queries, define acceptance criteria, and sign off on coverage and known gaps • Lead client-facing discovery sessions, specification reviews, QA walkthroughs, and go-live readiness meetings • Manage client expectations and synthesize feedback for product and onboarding improvements • Develop expertise in Measured’s data pipelines, normalization layers, platform architecture, and model requirements • Partner with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Customer Success, Sales, and Solutions • Create implementation runbooks, onboarding playbooks, standards, process documentation, and training materials • Document recurring data issues and share knowledge with peers • Automate manual and error-prone onboarding steps and build reusable templates, specification patterns, and validation queries • Contribute to data health monitoring, proactive alerting, QA frameworks, and agentic AI initiatives • File and shepherd well-specified internal requests and contribute to cross-functional platform reliability projects

🎯 Requisitos

• 5+ years of experience in technical implementation, data onboarding, solutions consulting, or technical account management in B2B SaaS, ideally with enterprise clients • 3+ years in a directly client-facing role owning technical delivery with external stakeholders • Extensive client-facing experience leading working sessions, spec reviews, and timeline conversations with enterprise stakeholders • Demonstrated experience advising clients on preparing data for a specific analytical or modeling purpose • Strong technical proficiency in data platforms, SQL, APIs, and integrations, with hands-on build and troubleshooting experience • Experience with marketing technology platforms including Facebook, Google, TikTok, GA4, and Adobe Analytics • Experience diagnosing and resolving data pipeline problems, integration errors, schema mismatches, and incomplete historical loads • Experience owning complex, multi-stakeholder projects against committed timelines • Experience guiding peers or client teams through technical processes • Working proficiency with Jira, Asana, or similar project and issue tracking tools • Track record of measurable process improvements • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proven ability to build trusted relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders • BA/BS preferred; background in technical field, data analytics, or related discipline • Advanced SQL proficiency, including querying, transformation validation, reconciliation, and data-quality diagnosis • Ability to read technical logs, error messages, and pipeline diagnostics • Strong understanding of ETL/ELT pipelines, data warehouses, and integration patterns • Experience with Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, or Redshift • Experience with APIs, authentication, rate limits, error handling, and file-based delivery via S3, SFTP, or cloud storage • Experience with file specification design and schema definition • Practical skill in data mapping and normalization • Experience reconciling transaction/source-of-truth data to reported numbers • Knowledge of attribution, incrementality, and media mix modeling • Knowledge of GDPR and CCPA • Proven ability to drive delivery through clients, vendors, and internal partners • Strong facilitation skills and ability to drive decisions and ownership • Ability to push back on assumptions, unrealistic dates, or unsuitable specifications • Collaborative working style, sound judgment, technical curiosity, and commitment to continuous improvement
