Descrição

• Play a key role in guiding customers through successful implementation journeys • Keep projects on track, on time, and within budget • Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams • Unblock and tackle developers and remove dependencies before they become a problem • Identify risks, conceptualize multiple scenarios, and chart a path to success • Ensure project success • Work closely with an agile development team throughout the entire project lifecycle • Facilitate scrum ceremonies, including daily sprints, mid-sprint reviews, and retrospectives • Facilitate continuous improvements of the team and its processes using a servant leadership style • Identify and resolve problems, questions, dependencies, and other team dysfunctions • Track team velocity, health, and sprint progress, and surface risks to the appropriate stakeholders • Own budgets, timelines, scope, and risks • Act as the client’s primary contact on projects and radiate information and transparency • Provide high levels of client communication and customer service • Take clear notes on action items and effectively disseminate information and tasks to the team • Report weekly to the manager on project health (including budgets, schedules, and scope concerns) • Report weekly/monthly status updates to clients

🎯 Requisitos

• Agree with our Corporate Values Statement • Believes in the company's mission: to help people • Believes in the principles of open source • Advanced to fluent English communication skills • 3+ years of experience in project management or other applicable roles • Direct work experience in the digital realm and knowledge of development project life cycles • Direct work experience with a variety of software development methodologies and project management tools, i.e., SCRUM/Agile and Kanban. • Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent professional experience • Scrum certification (PSM)
