• Perform the design, implementation, migration, and ongoing management of the company’s Cisco Unified Communications and Webex Calling environment. • Take end-to-end ownership of highly complex UC projects, including planning, execution, migration, validation, and post-go-live support. • Lead end‑to‑end delivery of complex UC and UCaaS projects, including planning, execution, migration, validation, and post‑go‑live support. • Drive on‑prem Cisco UC (CUCM) to Webex Calling Cloud migrations, covering user and device migration, hybrid configurations, and integration using CUBE as Local Gateway. • Administer and support Cisco UC platforms including CUCM, Unity Connection, Expressway (C & E, MRA), CUBE, Webex Control Hub, and Webex Contact Center, along with upgrades, patching, certificate management, and lifecycle activities. • Collaborate with business stakeholders, vendors, and internal technical teams to define solution designs, implementation plans, technical standards, and best practices. • Develop and maintain runbooks, operational procedures, and support documentation, while monitoring system health using tools such as Splunk, Grafana, or equivalent platforms. • Provide advanced incident management, troubleshooting, and strategic guidance, including architecture presentations, migration strategies, technology roadmaps, and compliance with security and governance standards.
• 8+ years of experience designing, implementing, migrating, and supporting Cisco Unified Communications solutions in large enterprise environments. • Strong hands-on experience with Cisco CUCM, Unity Connection, Expressway (E & C / MRA), CUBE, and Webex Control Hub. • Proven experience with On-Prem to Webex Calling Cloud migration projects. • Solid understanding of Cisco Webex Calling and Webex Contact Center design and implementation. • Experience with VMware ESXi and vCenter supporting UC workloads. • Strong knowledge of UC protocols including SIP, MGCP, and networking fundamentals such as VLANs, NAT, and routing. • Understanding of UC platform lifecycle management, capacity planning, and high-availability design. • Hands-on experience with system upgrades, patching, certificate management, and operational support. • Exposure to monitoring and observability tools such as Splunk, Grafana, or similar solutions. • Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve complex and non-complex UC issues. • Excellent customer service mindset with strong follow-up, documentation, and organizational skills. • Strong written and verbal communication skills with proven experience collaborating with global teams and stakeholders. • Understanding of ITIL-based operational processes is preferred. • Nice to have: Cloud platform knowledge: Azure, Entra ID, AWS • Experience with automation and API integrations • Programming or scripting experience (Python, JavaScript, or similar) • Exposure to hybrid or multi-cloud UC architectures
