Descrição

• Ensure the execution of our analytics platform and measure the impact of our efforts • Review detailed information, analyze data in relation to specific business goals, and present findings in clear, actionable formats • Create and refine analytical tools that benefit our clients • Take ownership of the accurate and timely production of team reports

🎯 Requisitos

• 2+ years of experience in an Employee Benefits role • Experience with renewal projections, financial modeling and claims reporting • Ability to perform in-depth utilization trend analysis to identify patterns and insights • Advanced skill level in Microsoft Excel • Strong understanding of financial analytics and utilization patterns • Excellent communication skills for client interactions and team collaboration • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively • BS/BA in insurance, business administration, accounting, finance, economics, or mathematics (a plus) • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (a plus) • Producer's License for Life/Health, or the ability to obtain upon hire (a plus)
