Descrição

• Be the first point of contact for new clients • Talk with people who are reaching out for mental health support and help them feel comfortable moving forward. • Guide people through the booking process. This includes answering questions about availability, insurance, and next steps. • Use phone, text, email, and customer management tools to connect with referral patients, follow up consistently, and help keep the scheduling process moving. • Your ability to listen, explain things clearly, build rapport, and thoughtfully overcome objections can make all the difference. • Handle inbound and outbound calls, texts, emails, cancellations, reschedules, and follow-ups while staying organized across multiple systems. • Work with clients by phone, text, and email in a professional and empathetic way. • This role includes booking targets and performance goals.

🎯 Requisitos

• Bilingual Spanish required • 1 to 2 years of experience in sales, mental health, call centers, or a customer facing sales role • Motivated by reaching and exceeding goals • Sales-minded, but not pushy • Fast-thinking and adaptable • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal • Empathetic and comfortable speaking with people who may feel nervous or unsure • Organized and able to manage multiple systems and conversations at once • Experience with scheduling or support tools such as Hubspot is helpful • Familiarity with HIPAA and strong respect for patient privacy • Ability to work weekends when needed.
