Descrição

• Lead all aspects of assigned mission-critical communication system projects • Deliver contractual scope successfully, on time, on budget, and with customer satisfaction • Serve as focal point and lead cross-functional teams from project inception through completion or transition • Ensure adherence to quality metrics, deadlines, and budget constraints • Oversee pre-tax profit and manage quality, cost, and time constraints • Direct and coordinate project team activities • Lead large programs or portions of complex programs • Develop complete project plans, set deliverable dates, and track progress • Use project management tools including schedules, critical path analysis, budgets, change orders, risk assessments, and action-item logs • Establish, track, and audit project budgets; analyze variances and develop action plans • Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for project execution • Manage project scope, schedule, and cost changes • Measure project performance and report or escalate to management • Communicate with customer organizations and internal senior stakeholders • Conduct project reviews and status meetings • Manage project-resource relationships and project staff reporting, administration, and communication • Apply Six Sigma and PMBOK methodologies and drive Project Management best practices • Identify and communicate defects affecting upgrade quality and reliability • Support project close-out and successful project upgrades • Assist with business plans, strategies, and approaches for business opportunities • Participate in quarterly project reviews • Travel to customer locations for on-site upgrades

🎯 Requisitos

• Residence is mandatory in the State of Texas or Oklahoma • Bachelor’s Degree with 4+ years of project management experience OR 6+ years of experience in project management, engineering, or a similar field • Basic Requirements: Bachelors Degree AND 4+ years of experience in Project Management OR 6+ years experience in Project Management, LMR, RF Systems, Radio Frequency, Radio Communications, Wired/Wireless Communication Systems, IT, Motorola, Military experience, or Public Safety experience • Experience forecasting and driving revenue through project management • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Familiarity with Six Sigma and other project management methodologies • Experience with at least one of: Public Safety communications systems, cellular infrastructure, civil construction, Military communications, IT Networks • PMP and/or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) • Understanding of Motorola Solutions Astro 25 Public Safety systems • Must be a U.S. citizen with ability to obtain necessary security clearance as required by government contract(s) • Must successfully pass a stringent fingerprint background check under the CJIS Security Policy • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely; employer work permit sponsorship is unavailable • Must be able to travel to customer locations for on-site upgrades • Travel required within Texas and Oklahoma; travel varies from 25–75% / 50–75% • Must be a self motivated team player able to work effectively with general guidance toward objectives • Must have excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills
