Descrição

• Coordinate all project activities to track lifecycle, budget, and progress requirements to goal. • Maintain project schedules and production trackers, including daily Smart Sheets updates. • Build collaborative relationships with internal teams and contractor partners to support reporting and information flow. • Gather data for progress reporting and deliver daily status updates to leadership through meetings and weekly reports to leadership and SVP. • Provide daily construction-status updates, including cabinet status and power tracking. • Ensure partners remain aligned with schedules and objectives. • Track invoices and ensure they are paid on time in alignment with budgets. • Triage construction complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within 7 days. • Monitor Franchise Agreements to ensure adherence and prevent lapses. • Manage competing priorities and interruptions from external stakeholders. • Maintain accurate Street Sheets from partners daily. • Maintain the Damage Report Tracker and provide weekly leadership status updates. • Perform other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requisitos

• Demonstrated experience working with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and construction Smart Sheets is essential. • Excellent interpersonal skills, as well as written and verbal communication skills. • Able to successfully build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and contractor partners. • Entrepreneurial: self-starter with the ability to keep pace with project requirements and flex based on competing priorities, while ensuring work resumes after triage. • Strong analytical skills: the ability to gather and record data from a variety of sources and report on it. • 5+ years’ Project Coordinator experience; preferably in construction. • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred. • Fiber or Telecom industry experience preferred. • Applicants must be at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of application. • Ability to operate a computer, keyboard, and related peripherals; frequent sedentary computer use; near-constant use of sight, speech, hearing, comprehension, and reasoning.
