• Increase patient engagement and retention through compassionate outreach • Facilitate smooth onboarding processes for new patients • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless patient experience from initial contact to ongoing care • Assist patients with technology and other general questions

🎯 Requisitos

• Sales experience required • Bilingual in Spanish • Experience with people living with dementia or Alzheimer’s preferred • Tech-savvy, able to troubleshoot problems • Detail-oriented, motivated, and goal-oriented • Knowledge of healthcare environment, including navigating interactions with medical professionals
