Descrição

• Your main goal will be to enable scalable, data-driven GTM growth in AMER by driving strategic planning, sales segmentation, and continuous process improvements. • Partner with the VP of US Sales to develop regional sales strategies, quotas, and territory plans. • Analyze sales data to generate actionable insights and drive performance improvement. • Translate data into strategic recommendations that inform revenue targets and growth initiatives. • Support accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reviews across the AMER region. • Participate in the regional operating cadence and ensure alignment with global RevOps processes. • Design and implement scalable reporting frameworks to track regional sales performance. • Continuously improve sales and RevOps processes for efficiency, consistency, and scalability. • Collaborate with the GTM Systems & Automation team to identify automation opportunities and implement best practices. • Lead initiatives to optimize tools, workflows, and enablement processes for regional teams. • Lead and coordinate cross-functional GTM initiatives that drive operational excellence. • Ensure alignment across Sales, RevOps, Finance, and Systems teams on key projects. • Manage programs from concept to execution, ensuring deliverables are on time and measurable.

🎯 Requisitos

• 📈 Revenue Operations experience: You have 5+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM operations roles, ideally in B2B SaaS. • 🌍 US/AMER expertise: You’ve supported AMER sales teams or multinational GTM operations and understand the regional nuances. • 🧠 Analytical mindset: You make data-driven decisions, leveraging analytics and forecasting to inform strategy. • 🤝 Stakeholder collaboration: You build trusted partnerships with Sales, Finance, and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful outcomes. • ⚙️ Systems proficiency: You’re comfortable with Salesforce (admin level), Google Sheets, and automation tools like n8n. • 📊 Data visualization skills: You can build dashboards or reports in Tableau, Looker, or Power BI. • 💡 Automation mindset: You’re passionate about using AI and automation to streamline RevOps workflows. • 📚 Technical depth: You have working knowledge of SQL or similar analytical tools. • 🚀 Scale-up experience: You’ve operated in high-growth, fast-scaling B2B SaaS environments.
