Descrição

• Understand clients’ business use cases and technical requirements and convert them into technical designs • Map decisions to requirements and translate them for developers • Identify different solutions and narrow them down to the best option for client requirements • Define guidelines and benchmarks for non-functional requirements during project implementation • Write and review design documents explaining application architecture, frameworks, and high-level design • Review architecture and design for extensibility, scalability, security, design patterns, user experience, and non-functional requirements • Develop and design overall solutions for functional and non-functional requirements • Define technologies, patterns, and frameworks to materialize solutions • Understand technology integration scenarios and apply these learnings in projects • Resolve code and review issues through systematic root-cause analysis and justify decisions • Carry out proofs of concept to validate suggested designs and technologies • Architect and implement scalable GenAI and Agentic AI solutions end-to-end • Collaborate across product and engineering teams to convert business needs into AI-driven solutions

🎯 Requisitos

• Total experience 8+ years • Deep understanding of LLMs and Transformer architectures, including GPTs, Llama, Claude, Gemini, Qwen, Mistral, and BERT-family models • Expert-level prompt engineering skills and proven experience implementing RAG patterns • High proficiency in Python and standard AI/ML libraries, including LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangGraph, LangSmith, Hugging Face Transformers, Scikit-learn, and PyTorch/TensorFlow • Strong experience implementing RAG architectures and prompt engineering • Strong experience with fine-tuning, distillation techniques, and evaluation • Strong experience using managed AI/ML services such as Azure Machine Learning Studio and AI Foundry • Strong understanding of vector databases such as Weaviate and Neo4j • Understanding of GenAI evaluation metrics such as BLEU, ROUGE, perplexity, semantic similarity, and human evaluation • Ability to write high-quality, production-ready Python code with strong testing and maintainability practices • Ability to productionize AI systems on Azure or AWS • Ability to build and expose APIs using FastAPI and integrate with databases through an ORM • Ability to scale GenAI solutions for enterprise workloads • Strong ability to architect and code GenAI/Agentic AI solutions • Proven production experience with GenAI deployments on Azure or AWS • Strong experience scaling AI solutions in live environments • Very strong Python programming skills with a track record of clean, efficient, and maintainable code • Successfully delivered at least one production GenAI/Agentic AI solution • Proficiency with FastAPI and at least one ORM, such as SQLAlchemy or Tortoise ORM • Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP) • Contributions to open-source GenAI projects • Experience with React or another JavaScript framework is good to have • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
