Descrição

• Act as an Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Consultant designing, developing, integrating, and supporting Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud solutions • Design and implement scalable solutions across Core HR, Talent Management, Recruiting, Workforce Compensation, Payroll, and Benefits • Develop, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot HDL, HSDL, HCM Extracts, Fast Formula, BI Publisher reports, and OTBI analyses • Design and develop HCM data migration, transformation, validation, and outbound data extraction solutions • Develop and support OIC integrations between Oracle Fusion HCM and third-party or internal applications • Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to assess requirements and recommend technical solutions • Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture, security, scalability, performance, and maintainability standards • Support Oracle quarterly updates through impact analysis, regression testing, and technical remediation • Troubleshoot production issues, conduct root-cause analysis, and implement corrective solutions • Design and execute unit, system, integration, and regression testing • Support deployment and release activities across development, test, UAT, and production environments • Prepare and maintain requirements, technical design, integration, testing, deployment, and support documentation • Participate in Agile ceremonies and technical solution discussions • Ensure adherence to technical governance, development standards, security practices, change management, and implementation methodologies • Conduct solution design reviews and contribute to architecture discussions • Mentor junior technical consultants and promote knowledge sharing and best practices • Coordinate with project managers, consultants, developers, testers, business users, and client stakeholders • Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, performance optimization, and enhanced technical capabilities • Own technical deliverables and ensure high-quality delivery within agreed timelines and client expectations

🎯 Requisitos

• 8+ years of Oracle HCM technical development experience • Strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud technical implementation and development • Strong experience developing and supporting HCM Extracts for outbound data and third-party integrations • Strong experience with Fast Formula development with Payroll and troubleshooting • Strong technical expertise across Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including Core HR, Talent Management, Recruiting, Workforce Compensation, Payroll, and Benefits • Strong hands-on experience with HCM Data Loader (HDL) and HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader (HSDL) • Hands-on experience with BI Publisher reports and templates and OTBI analyses and dashboards • Strong experience designing and supporting Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations • Experience with technical solution design, integration architecture, data conversion, reporting, and system interfaces • Experience supporting Oracle quarterly updates, including impact analysis, regression testing, technical change identification, and remediation • Ability to translate functional requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions • Experience in unit testing, integration testing, troubleshooting, debugging, and root-cause analysis • Experience with Agile methodologies and Agile project environments • Strong systems documentation skills • Experience with change management and release management processes • Global HCM implementation/support experience preferred • Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments • Excellent stakeholder management, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills • Ability to collaborate across geographies and organizational levels • Availability for 5 PM–2:00 AM IST shift • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
