Descrição

• Manage the career growth of direct reports through guidance, relevant feedback, and appropriate compensation • Serve as a technical contributor, individual contributor, or technical lead • Write code and perform code reviews • Write and review technical specifications • Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to identify and mitigate technical risks • Guide engineering planning, estimation, prioritization, trade-offs, technical debt, and project milestones • Review architecture and designs from other project teams • Design technical roadmaps • Propose and enforce technical architecture • Maintain production systems • Handle on-call duties and systematically debug and resolve issues • Work on business development bids • Participate in client stakeholder meetings related to growth • Gain government-stakeholder buy-in for technical initiatives • Strategize with leadership on growing projects • Attend conferences and network with potential clients • Review strategy plans and outline technical requirements for potential work

🎯 Requisitos

• At least 10 years of experience working in an agile, multidisciplinary team environment, preferably designing and building medium- to large-scale systems on cloud platforms • 1 or more years of experience as a People Manager • Experience designing and implementing production-grade, cloud-native microservices and RESTful APIs using Java, Spring Boot, and containerized deployment patterns • Experience with relational databases, preferably Postgres, using JDBC and ORM mappers such as Hibernate • Experience with DevOps, preferably Jenkins CI/CD • Experience using AWS cloud-native services and data engineering • Legal authorization to work in the United States • Ability to meet other requirements for applicable government contracts • Work authorization that does not require visa sponsorship now or in the future • May be subject to a government background check or security clearance depending on the contract • Tenacity to investigate problems and iterate on working code • Resourceful, reliable, and detail-oriented • Ability to think strategically about trade-offs and short-term versus long-term benefits • Adaptive, empathetic, collaborative, and positive mindset • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Prior experience working with stakeholders
