Descrição

• As a Team Lead in the Renewables Studies group, you will be responsible for managing a team comprised of engineers responsible for power systems modelling and analysis. • Team Leads will be a mentor and coach to team members helping them grow individually as professionals. • Perform and manage detailed electrical studies primarily for renewable facilities that encompass the plan power system in support of the Solar, BESS, Wind and Substation design teams. • Provide regulatory compliance services (PRC/MOD) for all project design phases from conceptual design through project testing and commissioning. • Serve as a primary client contact for communication pertaining to renewable studies project scope assigned to you and your team. • Prepare a variety of documents and reports associated with projects including assisting the group director with proposals cost estimates and budget reports.

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology from an accredited institution, electric power option preferred • 5+ years of relevant engineering or field experience • FE is required, PE is preferred • Proficiency in power system modeling software such as: Steady State software: (PowerFactory; ETAP; Nice to have: SKM Power Tools; Easypower; Aspen; Windmil) • System Protection & Arc Flash software: (ETAP; Power Factory; Nice to have: CAPE, Aspen, SKM Power Tools; Easy Power) • Grounding software: (CDEGS; WinIGS) • Interconnection & Dynamic Modeling: (PSSe, PSLF) • Cable Ampacity software: (Cymcap) • Transient Studies software: (PSCAD) • Possesses effective written and oral communications skills • Good interpersonal and people skills • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
