Descrição

• Evaluate scientific evidence and translate science to support product efficacy and safety • Develop claims substantiation and documentation for new and existing nutritional products • Partner with internal and external cross-functional partners • Work with the US team to ensure new products meet requirements for international markets • Create scientific, nutrition and health-related messaging for internal and external communications • Develop, guide and deliver scientific, nutrition and clinical publications, communications, educational assets, trainings and webinars • Seek relevant evidence, insights and facts through congress attendance, literature review and stakeholder engagement • Inform commercial strategy and provide scientific support throughout the product lifecycle • Provide nutritional and scientific expertise for assigned platforms, including legal activities • Partner in innovation, renovation and concept development • Support international product registrations with clinical data for product claims • Perform horizon scanning with Regulatory partners for changes affecting claims and product lines • Liaise with KOLs, experts, professional societies and trade associations to drive business strategy • Share insights to inform product development and commercialization • Shape pathways, protocols and guidelines through education and research • Identify evidence-generation needs with cross-functional business partners • Participate in real-world evidence projects, observational studies, meta-analyses and systematic literature reviews • Lead claims generation and communication plans for evidence projects • Report to Holistic Health

🎯 Requisitos

• RD, MS or PhD with expertise in nutritional science and/or a related field (biochemistry, physiology, biology, public health) • 7+ years of experience in nutritional, medical or scientific affairs, or a combination of academic and industry experience • Dietary supplement industry experience preferred • Ability to analyze, translate and communicate complex scientific data and technical concepts to diverse audiences • Experience in technical/scientific writing and communication • Understanding of translating science into commercialization of evidence-based products • Significant commercial/market experience in development and commercialization of dietary supplements preferred • Familiarity with dietary supplement regulations and nutrition policies • Ability to build relationships and influence key partners without authority • This position is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship
