Descrição

• Translate client challenges into impactful, data-driven solutions • Partner with commercial leaders to manage new business opportunities from client conversations through proposal development and project kickoff • Translate client needs into structured problem statements, solution frameworks, and commercially viable approaches • Work with data analysts, strategists, data scientists, project managers, and leadership to design solutions • Guide development of statements of work, project briefs, timelines, budgets, and delivery approaches • Help define pricing, project scope, resource requirements, and expected outcomes • Develop and manage an active pipeline of opportunities through follow-up and value-driven engagement • Develop and present capabilities, case studies, methodologies, products, and proposed solutions • Partner with delivery teams during project execution to maintain continuity between sold and delivered work • Align expectations between commercial conversations and project execution • Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships • Build relationships across strategy, analytics, account management, creative, media, and leadership teams • Contribute to products, methodologies, frameworks, and go-to-market materials • Operate amid evolving priorities, ambiguous challenges, and multiple concurrent opportunities

🎯 Requisitos

• 4+ years of experience in consulting, client engagement, healthcare/life sciences analytics, commercial strategy, business development, professional services, or related fields • Demonstrated experience solving complex business problems through data, analytics, AI, marketing, or technology-enabled solutions • Experience participating in new business pitches, proposal development, solution design, and commercial presentations • Experience with project scoping, estimation, budgeting, resource planning, and delivery planning • Experience managing projects through delivery • Strong commercial judgment • High degree of organizational discipline and ability to manage multiple active opportunities simultaneously • Ability to work with technical experts to understand analytical methodologies • Technical understanding of analytics, AI, healthcare/life sciences, and marketing data • Excellent communication skills
