Descrição

• Build and operate robust, scalable, highly available platform products, including frontend widgets and backend services • Develop technologies that scale Netflix content creation and promotion globally • Build and maintain eventing and communications platforms connecting business workflows • Deliver notifications and facilitate real-time collaboration for users, vendors, and partners • Architect and develop full-stack platforms spanning GraphQL/RESTful APIs, embeddable UI components, and asynchronous backend systems • Lead cross-functional initiatives from ambiguous goals through launched, operable products • Manage scope, tradeoffs, dependencies, and delivery with design, product, and engineering partners • Lead incident response and post-incident reviews • Improve reliability, observability, and on-call practices • Mentor engineers and help build technical communities • Define problems, shape solutions, gather feedback, and deliver sustainable production outcomes

🎯 Requisitos

• Proficiency architecting and developing highly leveraged full-stack platforms • Experience with GraphQL/RESTful APIs, embeddable UI components, and resilient real-time asynchronous backend systems • Solid backend expertise architecting microservices, data structures, and APIs • Proficiency in Java, C#, or comparable object-oriented languages • Rigorous object-oriented design principles • Hands-on experience building complex user interfaces with HTML, JavaScript/TypeScript, and CSS • Exposure to React and modern frontend architecture, including component design, state management, and performance optimization • Strong UI/UX skills • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with design, product, and engineering partners • Ability to manage scope, tradeoffs, dependencies, and delivery • Ability to communicate complex technical and business concepts through writing, design documents, and reviews • Experience leading incident response and post-incident reviews • Experience improving reliability, observability, and on-call practices • Experience architecting messaging buses, asynchronous data processing, workflow orchestration, or related infrastructure platforms is a plus • Understanding or hands-on experience with distributed systems concepts including partitioning, idempotency, backpressure, and distributed tracing • Ability to proactively leverage AI for rapid prototyping and team processes
