• Build large, web-scale datasets that enable and improve member experience • Contribute to and extend the team’s suite of data products and frameworks • Drive innovation in big data processing • Partner with algorithm teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation in Netflix personalization • Build production data systems on web-scale datasets • Design schemas and model data for elegant and intuitive datasets • Resolve competing priorities using organizational context • Partner strategically with diverse stakeholders to drive innovation • Drive change and influence others through clear and effective communication • Operate as both a leader and learner with humility and maturity

🎯 Requisitos

• Expertise in building production data systems using Spark, Flink, or similar technologies on web-scale datasets • Proficiency in at least one major programming language, such as Java or Scala • Ability to independently learn new technology skills • Hands-on experience with schema design and data modeling • Passion for elegant and intuitive dataset design • Passion for engineering excellence and tolerance for ambiguity in a fast-paced setting • Ability to work independently and allocate time judiciously • Ability to use organizational context to resolve competing priorities • Ability to strategically partner with diverse stakeholders • Ability to drive change and influence others through clear and effective communication • Ability to operate as both a leader and learner with humility and maturity
