• Define and drive the technical and architectural direction for Growth Engineering systems • Provide strategic and tactical oversight for maintaining and modernizing current systems • Partner with senior engineering leadership and experienced engineers to solve technical challenges • Assist in the career development of others by mentoring individuals and the community

🎯 Requisitos

• 15+ years of professional software development experience as an individual contributor software engineer • Deeply technical with demonstrated success in setting the technical direction for engineering projects • Proven track record of designing, building, and supporting highly available and fault-tolerant systems in production • Expert understanding of the development of full-stack consumer software products at scale • Experience developing products that are A/B tested rigorously • Exceptional collaboration and communication skills
