Descrição

• Maintain full-charge bookkeeping for three Singapore entities in QuickBooks Online • Process journal entries, categorize transactions, and complete monthly bank, balance sheet, and general ledger reconciliations • Perform quarterly SGD-to-USD foreign currency translations using approved exchange rates • Identify and resolve or escalate discrepancies, unusual balances, and data-quality issues • Review monthly financial statements prepared by the Vietnamese accounting partner • Check data quality and map financial information to the internal Chart of Accounts • Complete VND-to-USD foreign currency translations and upload mapped data into QuickBooks Online • Gather financial data and prepare documentation for Singapore statutory filings, including corporate tax filings, ACRA annual returns, and FATCA-related requirements • Support the annual audit by preparing schedules, pulling QuickBooks Online reports, completing reconciliations, and organizing documentation • Maintain complete, clear, and audit-ready financial records • Prepare and review quarterly financial information for Singapore investment vehicles • Support the Financial Lead with accounting analysis, reporting, and other finance tasks • Independently manage recurring deliverables and communicate issues early

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field • At least five (5) years of progressive accounting or bookkeeping experience • Strong hands-on expertise in QuickBooks Online • Advanced Excel skills, including lookups, conditional formulas, multi-tab data mapping, and reconciliations • Strong practical understanding of IFRS and/or GAAP accounting principles • Excellent written English skills • Ability to independently manage recurring deadlines and deliver accurate work without continuous oversight • Comfort using digital workflow and collaboration tools in a fully remote team • Highly methodical, organized, and attentive to detail, with strong problem-solving skills • Preferred: experience supporting multiple legal entities or international organizations • Preferred: experience with Singapore accounting, statutory reporting, or audit requirements • Preferred: experience reviewing and mapping financial information from external accounting firms • Preferred: experience with foreign currency translation and group-level reporting • Preferred: Mandarin language skills
