Descrição

• Act as the primary HR partner for Sales and Marketing leaders — a trusted advisor on all people-related topics • Develop a deep understanding of each function's priorities, team dynamics, and challenges • Work closely with global HR and business teams to ensure alignment and consistency across regions • Drive and support core HR cycles: performance reviews, goal setting, mid-year check-ins, compensation changes, and promotions • Partner with Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and L&D to support business needs and fill capability gaps • Analyze people data — attrition, engagement scores, headcount trends — to surface risks and inform leadership decisions • Support leaders in building high-performing teams; diagnose engagement gaps and follow through on action plans • Partner on org design and headcount planning discussions as teams scale or restructure • Manage employee relations matters including performance improvement plans, investigations, and reasonable accommodation requests • Ensure people practices comply with applicable federal and state employment laws (FLSA, FMLA, ADA, Title VII, and relevant state law)

🎯 Requisitos

• 3–6 years of HR experience, with at least 1-2 years in an HRBP or equivalent role • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience • Experience working with Sales or Marketing teams is a strong plus • Exposure to sales compensation or incentive plan design is an added advantage • Familiarity with Workday or a similar HRIS • Prior involvement in compensation reviews, workforce planning, or org design discussions • You build credibility with leaders quickly — through follow-through, good judgment, and directness • You navigate ambiguous situations and competing priorities without waiting for perfect information • You're comfortable working across all levels, from front-line managers to senior leaders • You bring structure and pragmatism to problems — identifying practical solutions, not just frameworks.
