• Own technical troubleshooting and debugging on ads • Manage end-to-end campaigns in Google Ad Manager, including trafficking, QA, monitoring, and troubleshooting for direct-sold and programmatic campaigns • Set up and manage programmatic deals, including deal ID troubleshooting with buyers, DSPs, and SSP partners • Protect reader experience and the premium news environment through frequency capping, viewability benchmarks, brand safety enforcement, and creative quality control • Partner with sales and account management as the technical resource for RFPs, capability questions, campaign scoping, and final wrap reports • Use AI-assisted tools to streamline trafficking, QA, and reporting workflows • Build and maintain documentation for repeatable and scalable trafficking workflows, campaign setup, and reporting

🎯 Requisitos

• Proactive, detail-oriented approach • Clear communication and ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-moving newsroom-adjacent environment • Strong analytical skills; fluency in Excel and Google Sheets • Experience executing and troubleshooting PMP, Programmatic Guaranteed, and Preferred Deals • 3–5 years of experience in ad operations or digital advertising on the publisher side • Experience with SSPs, DSPs, and programmatic platforms such as Assertive Yield • FreeStar experience is a plus • Nice to have: Looker or Tableau • Nice to have: Video ad operations experience, including VAST tag troubleshooting and video header bidding • Nice to have: Familiarity with Confiant or GeoEdge • Nice to have: Experience supporting healthcare/pharma advertisers or other regulated verticals • Nice to have: Forecasting and inventory management experience • Nice to have: Google Ad Manager or IAB certification
