Descrição

• Work within the Go-To-Market team dedicated to the Partnerships business unit, focusing on 0-to-1 market opportunities, especially expansion into automotive lending • Serve as a consultative product expert helping clients unlock business value • Collaborate with Account Teams, Product, Engineering, and Data Science throughout the customer journey • Support pre-sales and post-sales, with a strong focus on pre-sales and partnering with Account Executives on emerging-market deals • Own technology and product aspects of strategic partnerships, including partner integrations and end-customer implementations • Establish technical and strategic understanding of implementation operations and learn Nova Credit’s go-to-market motion • Run client meetings • Advance technical dimensions of pre-sales enterprise deals and post-sales strategic implementations • Shape customers’ technical integration decisions to maximize business value • Develop collateral, technical approach, and sales motion for an evolving product and market • Close and launch enterprise customers • Help establish the automotive opportunity • Scale the Solutions Architect function through foundational processes and content • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data Science to prioritize roadmap features that unblock critical accounts

🎯 Requisitos

• 5+ years of experience in customer-facing pre- or post-sales roles, with a bias toward pre-sales, ideally in financial services, credit, or a related industry • Experience with 0-to-1 go-to-market motions • Builder’s mindset and ability to thrive amid ambiguity • Proven cross-functional collaboration across business, engineering, and Data Science teams • Working familiarity with HTML, JavaScript, RESTful APIs, and a scripting language such as Python; ability to read code and make light edits • Familiarity with UX design tools such as Figma, Adobe, or Paper • Proven experience in Enterprise IT solutions and implementations • Experience managing multi-party integration partnerships • Understanding of channel partner ecosystems and balancing the needs of Nova, partners, lenders, dealers, and consumers • Intellectual curiosity, drive, and coachability • Familiarity with indirect dealer-financed lending and dealer platforms such as RouteOne or Dealertrack is a bonus
