Descrição

• Own the change roadmap for client planning and delivery teams adopting data-driven forecasting • Lead client adoption from initial onboarding through embedding nPlan into day-to-day decision-making • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients throughout the engagement lifecycle • Ensure clarity, momentum, and client satisfaction • Understand customer goals and ensure nPlan delivers against them • Coordinate internally to resolve issues and improve outcomes • Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships and expand nPlan usage • Build and maintain trusted relationships across client organisations • Ensure alignment and advocacy for change at every level • Travel occasionally within North America, approximately 3–5 times per year • Undertake limited international travel for client or team meetings, approximately 1–2 times per year

🎯 Requisitos

• Several years leading change management or process transformation on major capital projects • Experience embedding new technology or new ways of working within a large, multi-stakeholder organisation is ideal • 3+ years in construction technology or a related field may be relevant • Solid understanding of planning and risk management concepts • Strong communication skills and confidence engaging stakeholders at all levels, from planning teams to senior executives • Demonstrated track record of leading process and behaviour change initiatives, particularly where technology was central • Customer-first mindset and commercial acumen • Strong relationship-building skills • Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple client engagements • Must include the word “crane” in the application
