• Own the full sales motion from top-of-funnel pipeline generation through close • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and drive market share expansion across independent physician practices, multi-specialty groups, health systems, employer groups, and channel segments. • Build and manage a channel sales motion in partnership with EHR platforms, RCM companies, clearinghouses, and billing aggregators. • Lead and develop a team of Account Executives and Senior AEs; run structured pipeline reviews, monthly performance evaluations, and real-time coaching. • Partner with Marketing, Product, Clinical Operations, Revenue Operations, and Finance to align GTM execution, feed field intelligence back into service design, and ensure forecasting accuracy and compensation design motivates the right behaviors. • Own pipeline coverage ratios, stage-by-stage conversion rates, ACV, sales cycle velocity, CAC, and LTV across direct and channel motions. • Push Nsight Health into a position of dominant market leadership.
• 10+ years of B2B sales experience, with at least 5 years in a senior sales leadership role within healthcare, healthtech, remote care, or a closely adjacent field. • Demonstrated track record of scaling a revenue organization through high-growth stages. • Proven ability to lead and develop a sophisticated team of Account Executives and Senior AEs across complex, consultative sales to physician practices and healthcare organizations. • Direct experience selling to physician practice owners, medical directors, practice administrators, or similar decision-makers. • History of carrying and exceeding a personal quota while simultaneously owning a team number. • Experience building or managing a channel or partner sales motion alongside a direct sales team. • High AI Fluency: Active, working knowledge of AI tools in your daily professional workflow. • Strong analytical ability to read a pipeline funnel, diagnose conversion problems, and build the reporting infrastructure your team needs to perform.
