Descrição

• Resolve complex technical issues for assigned Epic patient experience applications • Optimize processes and implement innovative technical solutions • Align technical strategies with business objectives • Collaborate with non-technical stakeholders to bridge technology and organizational goals • Build system applications and application packages • Move application packages through multiple environments • Support patient experience functionality for Community Connects, Critical Access Hospitals, and Rural Healthcare • Support OCHIN business requirements through Go-Live installations or training • Travel nationally for on-site Go-Live support as needed

🎯 Requisitos

• Minimum of at least 5 years of experience as an Analyst • Current certification in at least two assigned Epic applications: MyChart, Hello World, and/or Cheers • Nice-to-have certifications: Prelude, Welcome, and Cadence • Healthcare IT work history required • Demonstrated experience in system application build • Strong understanding of Patient Experience workflows, analytics, and technology • Experience building system application packages and moving them through multiple environments • Strong understanding of patient experience functionalities for Community Connects, Critical Access Hospitals, and Rural Healthcare • Strong communication skills with application and technical team members and end users • Integrity and accountability • Process- and detail-oriented approach with focus on data-driven decision-making • Proactive, self-motivated, and solution-oriented • Successful completion of a 50–60-minute competency assessment before the team interview • Ability to read, speak, write, and understand English • Ability to work independently and efficiently from a distraction-free home office • High-speed internet service • Ability to use standard office equipment, computers, and mobile devices • Ability to travel nationally, potentially up to 20%, for on-site Go-Live support based on business requirements • COVID-19 vaccination required as a condition of employment, unless approved for a medical or religious exemption
