Descrição

• Provide analytical and executional support for Wellbeing Collective brands at Target • Proactively analyze current business trends and identify opportunities or risks • Execute day-to-day Target business tasks • Communicate key information to WBC leadership • Maintain and manage weekly reporting tools and dashboards • Use customer insights, IRI, and syndicated data to develop actionable growth insights • Monitor competitive brands, products, shopper trends, and potential threats • Pull, interpret, and provide insights on key sales data • Track new item launches to ensure speed to shelf and item success • Manage items on Target POL and Target.com • Update monthly financials and enter promotions into Target’s system • Calculate Target inventory needs and manage inventory through forecast adjustments and clearance management • Collaborate with the Net Revenue Manager on post-promotional and efficiency analysis • Assist with display/salesplan bids, display performance recaps, and POG shelf creation • Serve as the Target team’s touchpoint for the internal omni team to grow digital sales share • Build relationships with internal and external partners to maximize WBC sales at Target • Collaborate with the Target analyst team to share best practices • Report to the Sr. Sales Manager – Target

🎯 Requisitos

• 1-3 years experience working in Sales Analytics; CPG experience preferred • Ability to convert information, numbers and data into insight for actionable growth • Proven ability to solve problems and drive results • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects effectively • Ability to work cross-functionally and independently • Resourceful, growth-minded self-starter • Solid written and verbal communication skills • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking ability • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools in everyday work • Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills required • Experience with syndicated databases such as Nielsen, IRI, or Numerator and/or Target’s Partners Online and VIQ System a plus • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
