Descrição

• Train and onboard new and existing chapter managers on YPO processes and systems • Manage communications to chapter managers regarding YPO programs, processes, and priorities • Develop executive communications, presentations, and meeting materials aligned with regional branding and messaging • Support renewals, dues, payments, and resignation processes with chapter managers and Membership • Collaborate on chapter manager workshops and develop successful systems and process plans with the people leader • Evaluate regional processes and recommend improvements to simplify operations, improve member experience, and increase efficiency • Oversee Regional and Development Funds, reimbursements, and budget management with the people leader • Provide Salesforce reports and analyze regional data and trends for actionable insights • Maintain SharePoint team sites, YPO Connect region sites and pages, and Microsoft Teams file libraries • Leverage technology and digital tools to improve productivity, automate processes, and enhance communications • Organize, communicate, and manage regional board and executive committee meetings, including logistics, communications, contract negotiations, onsite management, and pre/post-meeting communications • Respond to day-to-day requests from chapters, chapter managers, regional officers, and portfolio managers • Lead complex cross-functional projects from planning through execution • Manage special projects including newspapers, e-newsletters, branding, strategic alliances, regional CA meetings, and region-specific initiatives • Partner with Regional Directors and regional leadership to identify priorities, anticipate challenges, recommend solutions, and execute strategic initiatives

🎯 Requisitos

• 5+ years of experience working in a global environment interfacing with senior level executives • Proven customer service experience in a high-touch environment, identifying and implementing alternative solutions and resolving issues in a timely manner • Experience supporting, stewarding, and executing multiple stakeholder goals and deliverables • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and database management systems, preferably CRM • Experience with Salesforce, Canva, Cvent, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT and Gamma • Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural organization with international members • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, including proofreading • Ability to maintain discretion and integrity of confidential information • Strong organization, prioritization, analytical, strategic-thinking, interpersonal, diplomacy, and problem-solving skills • Ability to work flexible and/or extended hours across multiple time zones • Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally without restrictions, approximately 15–25% per year • Membership or association experience preferred • Experience in professional services and/or event planning environments preferred
